The College has updated the online payment system. When processing a payment
through MyChaffeyVIEW, you will be directed to an Official Payments website to
complete your transaction. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected
By Mail: Please send payments to: Chaffey College Cashier’s Office, 5885 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737. Check or money order payable to Chaffey College. (You must include your ID number on your check or money order). Payments must be received, not postmarked, within 10 calendar days from registration. Chaffey College is not liable for mail lost or delayed by the postal service.
In Person: Pay fees in person at the Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, or Fontana Campus; cash, check (no temporary checks), credit card, or Chaffey College Foundation Card. Check or money order should be made payable to Chaffey College.
Attention Credit Card users: To avoid standing in long lines, Chaffey strongly suggests that you pay your fees online via MyChaffeyVIEW. Credit card payments are processed through the “Official Payments” vendor and have the same security measures whether you make your payment online via your home computer or in person.
Students whose fees are paid by a company or an outside agency must submit their paperwork to the Cashier's Office prior to their payment deadline. If the student does not submit the appropriate paperwork by the deadline, the student may be dropped from all of their classes.
Note: Students can view and print their registration receipt using MyChaffeyVIEW at www.chaffey.edu and click the MyChaffeyVIEW link. Our service provider for credit card payments does not accept payments under $1.00. Any balance less than $1.00 must be paid with cash or check.
