Cashier's Office PAST DUE FEES If you register after the payment deadline, you will not be dropped from your classes for non-payment. However, fees are expected to be paid the same day you register. You will be charged for the class even if you never attend any class meetings. It is the students’ responsibility to ensure all classes are dropped by the appropriate refund deadline to avoid being charged. DO NOT rely on an instructor to drop you from your class(es) Stopping payment on a check or credit card does not constitute a withdrawal from classes and will result in a $25.00 charge. Students with past due fees will receive a hold on their account. Title 5, Section 59410 of the California Code of Regulations allows colleges to block students from various services. Students with past due fees will NOT be able to access the following services:
Past due fees are accepted in person if paid by cash, money order, or cashier’s check. Temporary checks are not accepted. Credit Card payments and personal checks are accepted online via MyChaffeyVIEW. We accept Visa and MasterCard Failure to pay any outstanding balances will result in the student’s name being submitted to the Franchise Tax Board for collection of any balances owed to Chaffey College.
