• You are a credit student for the summer, fall or spring semesters and have incurred tuition fees.

Depending on when you register for classes and submit your FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions Payment Agreement, either of the following payment plans may apply.

• Monthly payments only
• An immediate down payment followed by monthly payments

There are no interest or finance charges assessed. The only fee involved is the FACTS/Nelnet non-refundable enrollment fee of $20 per semester. FACTS/Nelnet will automatically deduct the funds from a checking or savings account, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express.

1. 7-digit student ID number as assigned by Chaffey College. Your initial password for FACTS is your date of birth (MM/DD/YY). Include the slashes in the birth date.
2. The name, address and e-mail of the person responsible for making the payments.
3. Account information for the person responsible for payment.
   • If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need the bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. Most of this information is located on your check.
   • If paying by credit card, you will need the credit card number and expiration date.
4. To protect your privacy, you will need to create your own unique FACTS password after your initial login. Please be sure it is something you can easily remember.
