The Program

The Chaffey College Computer Information Systems program offers classes in computer literacy, An Associate in Science Degree, and numerous certificates to help students upgrade current skills or to prepare for a career in computer programming, networking, hardware support, game deveopment, Internet programming, or Web development - just to name a few!

Who can Benefit From The Program?

The Computer Information Systems program at Chaffey College is designed to serve the following individuals:

• Students taking lower division courses for transfer to a four-year college or university.
• Students interested in gaining computer literacy and / or computer foundation skills.
• Students preparing for entry-level positions in networking, hardware support and repair, Internet and Web Development, programming, project management, CISCO, game development, secuirty and emerging areas of information technology.
• Students preparing for Industry recoginized certifications form CompTIA, Microsoft, CISCO, and others.
• Students needing to upgrade their Computer Information System skills.
• Students who wnat to meet the Chaffey College computer literarcy requiremen
