New Classes for Fall 2007

Accounting/ Financial Services:
Now offering two sequential courses to lear the intricacies of bookkeeping- ACCTG 480, Bookkeeping and ACCTG 481, Book Keeping II.

ACCTG 480 - Mon/Wed 7:30-9am and Monday evenings 7-10:15PM.

Administration of Justice:
A new course, AJ 412, Police Report Writing, is being offered this semester. This course meets the elective requirement for the degree or certificate, and is a must for individuals considering law enforcement as a career.

Automotive Technology:
Autotec 471, Motorcycle Service, Tune-up & Maintenance is a new course this fall. Developed in response to the industry need for trained motorcycle repair mechanics. The course is offered

Autotec 471 - Tuesday nights 6-9 p.m.

Business/Management:
A new Paralegal Studies Certificate will be offered this fall. The first course in the series is BUSPL 400, Introduction to Paralegal Studies.

BUSPL 400 - Mon/Wed 9:30-11am, and Tue/Thu from 5:30-7 pm.

Business & Office Technologies:
The Medical Insurance Billing Certificate is now available for enrollment. BUSOTMD 410, Basic CPT-4 Coding, BUSOTMD 420, Basic ICD-9-CM Coding, and BUSOTMD 430, Intermediate Level ICD-9-CM Coding and CPT-4 Coding, are available this fall as well as other courses required for the certificate.

Computer Information Systems:
Learn how to develop computer games! Computer Game Development is a new certificate that sets the foundation for a great career! Enroll this fall in CISGAME 401 and CISGAME 402.

Fire Technology:
If you are an employed firefighter and are interested in courses needed to further your career, Chaffey is offering FIRETEC 410, Fire Command 1A, FIRETEC 411, Fire Command 1B and FIRETEC 412 Fire Command 1C.
