PANTHERS FALL TO SBVC IN PLAYOFFS (11/19/12)
The ladies battled hard Saturday but fell to San Bernardino Valley 1-0 in overtime. The teams were scoreless for both regular periods with the Wolverines scoring the sole goal of the game in overtime. Despite an exciting end of OT attempt to tie the game, the Panthers failed to scored with the goal deflected by the SBVC goalie. The ladies played a hard defensive game. Kiara Uduman had six saves. The ladies end the season 14-4-4. |
LADY PANTHERS HEADED TO LOCAL RIVAL FOR 1ST ROUND PLAYOFFS (11/13/12)
The ladies (#13 seed) are headed east to San Bernardino Valley Saturday to take on the Wolverines in the first round of the CCCAA Women's Soccer Championship Playoffs. The two teams faced off twice earlier this season resulting in a tie and a loss for the Panthers. The Wolverines were undefeated in conference play and come into the playoffs the #4 seed with a 9-0-3, 13-2-5 record. |

LADY PANTHERS DEFEAT IMPERIAL VALLEY IN FINAL REGULAR SEASON GAME (11/13/12)
The ladies hosted Imperial Valley Thursday 7-0 to give the team a final regular season record of 14-3-4. Goals were scored by Jasmine Medina, Rosa Chavez, Kayla Kemnetz, Kelsea Varner, Deanna Briones, Jackeline Lopez and Gisselle Valiente. Kiara Uduman defended the goal with 2 saves. The ladies finish the seaon 2nd in Foothill behind undefeated San Bernardino Valley. |

The women fell to Ripo Hondo yesterday 2-1, ending the conference season 7-2-3, in 2nd place behind undefeated San Bernardino Valley. Sophomore Angie Herbst scored the sole goal for the Lady Panthers. The team takes on Imperial Valley Friday afternoon. |

LADY PANTHERS SHUT OUT DESERT (10/31/12)
Dressed in pink jerseys yesterday in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the ladies shut out Desert 7-0. The team was led by Sophomore Forward Marie DeChaine with 2 goals and 1 assist. Gisselle Valiente who usually plays goalie was on the field yesterday, scoring the final goal of the game. Sarah Jimenez, Deanna Briones, Angie Herbst and Latriece Turner also scored. The ladies have two games remaining this season, taking on Rio Hondo next Tuesday. |
LADIES FALL TO SBVC, DEFEAT ANTELOPE VALLEY (10/29/12)
The ladies took on conference undefeated San Bernardino Valley last week, falling to the Wolverines 3-0. Gisselle Valiente and Kiara Uduman shared goal keeping with 5 combined saves. Against AVC, the Panthers fared better, shutting out the Marauders 2-0. Rosa Chavez and Angie Herbst scored for the Panthers. The ladies hold the #2 spot in the conference behind SBVC. The team takes on Desert this week. The Roadrunners are 0-6-3 in conference and 0-11-3 overall. |

PANTHERS #6 IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (1/22/12)
The ladies hosted Mt San Jacinto Friday, tying the Eagles 1-1. Angie Herbst scored the sole goal for the Panthers. herbst also leads the conference with 24 points scored so far this season. Kiara Uduman and Gisselle Valiente each had 1 save. The team remains in the So CA Top 10 with a #6 spot on the most recent CCCAA/CCCSIA Poll. The ladies take on San Bernardino Valley (5-0-2) tomorrow. The Wolverines and Panthers are currently tied for first in the Foothill Conference and tomorrow will be a deciding game for the top position. |

The ladies hosted Allan Hancock yesterday, defeating the bulldogs 10-0 for the fifth win of the season. Freshman, Kara Tabita led the Panthers with four unassisted goals followed by Angie Herbst (2), Sarah Jimenez (2), Deanna Briones (1) and Cecilia Hernandez (1). Kiara Uduman made her goalkeeping debut, earning 1 save in 45 minutes of play. The team is on the road to Victor Valley Friday for the opening game of the 2012 Foothill Conference season. |
